I found the staff to be very friendly and always available at the reception desk. The location IS great, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and how quiet it was during the night.
The breakfast menu was a bit repetitive.

The reception staff offered prompt assistance with directions and local information, which helped greatly with my exploration. They were polite and efficient when handling check in, and also during my check out.

My double room included a comfortable bed with four pillows and fresh linen. The room came equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a kettle, i REALLY enjoyed that. The bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries.

excellent service
joe at reception gave excellent customer service he was helpful upon arrival and throughout my stay the quiet room faced the back and was quite spacious the location was ideal with good places to eat nearby

the deputy manager, joe, offered helpful service upon my arrival and throughout my stay he answered all my questions with a smile and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions near the hotel.

the hotel provides a decent breakfast selection each morning the dining area is clean and well-kept i found a variety of options including pastries cereal fruit and hot items to suit different tastes.

the hotel location is great for city visits. the staff at reception were nice and helpful at arrival. the room had tea and coffee facilities.
the housekeeping wasn't very thorough . towels were not replaced after the first day. the kettle in the room was dirty so i didn't use it.
